RMT Learning is a successful union learning project entering its third year, with funding from ULF. Our main focus is the membership learning and skills needs, the processes that support them and the sustainability of future ULR activity.
We are currently recruiting for the following post in order to complete our team:
Development Worker (South West)
Salary: £34,375 pa
Location: Home based
Contract: Fixed term until March 2011 (35 hours p/w)
The successful applicant for each post will work to build a sustainable Union Learning Rep network and promote the role of the Lead Learning Rep in their area. This will involve working with union branches and employers to create the necessary support systems.
Secondments considered.
