EmailVENEZUELAN Vice-President Jose Vicente Rangel said on Sunday that a diplomatic spat with Peru had been cleared up.
Peru recalled its ambassador over President Hugo Chavez's praise of Peruvian nationalist presidential candidate Ollanta Humala last week, saying that it constituted "interference in the internal affairs" of Peru.
But Mr Rangel said on Sunday that the issue had been resolved.
