Ordering

From the shops

Any shop that sells newspapers can get a copy for you. However many will only do so if you ask them. Next time you are in your favourite shop, ask them to get you a copy.

The Morning Star is supplied to retailers on a sale or return basis so there is no risk to the shopkeeper in getting you Britain's only socialist daily paper.

Additionally, newsagents Martin McColl's - which include RS McColl's in Scotland - promises to have a copy of the Morning Star in each of its 1,300 stores.

To find your nearest Martin McColl store, use the handy storefinder tool on their website.

However, even shops that sell the Morning Star bury it under the foreign press so no-one knows it is there. If this is the case for you, pull out the copies that you find and place them in a prominent position next to the rest of the daily newspapers. The shopkeeper won't mind as a sale is much more likely if people can see it.

The Morning Star has no promotions budget so little gestures of support like this go a long way towards introducing new readers to the paper.
