We are looking for an Information, Technology and Telecommunications (ITT) Systems Officer to play a key role within the ITT department. You will have responsibility for operational issues, ensuring that the Head of Department is effectively supported in the implementation and development of the PCS IT infrastructure.
The successful candidate will have extensive technical knowledge of the development and implementation of ITT applications and systems. In addition, you will have knowledge of membership systems, strong project management skill and excellent problem solving abilities.
You should be able to build relationships at all levels, working well as a part of a team and independently, using your initiative as appropriate. Sound financial experience is key along with an understanding of, and a commitment to trade unions.

A vacancy has arisen for the position of Pensions Officer working within the National Policy Deparment, dealing with Occupational and State Pension issues affecting RMT members; providing guidance and information to Officials and members, dealing with correspondence and preparing reports as directed or on a pro active basis.
